• If you do NOT receive an email confirmation message that your reference photos have been successfully submitted via this form, we do not have them and will not know that you are ready for us to kick off your order. To be safe, we recommend saving a copy of the information you enter below, and if you do not receive email confirmation that we have received it, email it to us directly.
• If you ordered two separate commissions by two separate artists, please submit this form twice; once sharing information for your first artist and commission, next, submitting information for your second artist and commission.
