Traditional Pet Portraits by Thenizu

Thenizu’s traditional pet portraits are exquisite! The perfect tribute to your beloved pets! These traditional pet portraits make for wonderful gifts, wall art, desktop backgrounds, and more.

• Turnaround time: Five weeks
• Subject options & guidelines: Clients are welcome to ask for up to four pet portraits in a single illustration. I’d prefer to be asked to draw mostly head shots or busts, though. I would be happy to include short quotes that can be “nestled” into the illustration with a lettering style. If the clients are interested, I could also include floral decorations: I would help the client choose a particular plant if given the right directions. E.g. If their dog is particularly noble and faithful, I would suggest to include forget-me-not and amaryllis flowers or bamboo.

Your final work will arrive as a digital image, ready for you to set as social media cover images, profile avatars, desktop backgrounds, mobile device lock screens, and more. We encourage you to print your digital commission through the service of your choice, though we’re happy to send physical prints directly to you as well (see our commission prints category for options). Your image, which will arrive as a JPEG, at least 3000 by 3000 pixels and a minimum of 250 pixels per inch, will be of high enough quality to print in virtually any format.
