Backstory Behind the Piece – Q&A with Julian

ArtCorgi (AC): What inspired you to have a portrait made?

Julian (J): What inspired me to get a portrait made was actually a YouTuber that had one made for himself. His name is The Flick Pick. In his, he was drawn in a Batman suit and I really liked that.

AC: For how long have you been a fan of Spiderman?

J: I’ve been a fan of Spider-Man so long, I don’t even remember. Probably since I was like 4 years old. He’s just such a great character.

AC: What advice would you give to someone who is commissioning art for the first time?

J: For someone that is getting a commission done for the first time, I would say to just be patient. It does take a while, but it is well worth it.
